MPOB consists of two fundamental subjects in management - Principles of Management and Organizational Behavior.Principles of Management as a course intends to introduce to the students the evolution and the present status of management theory. The journey begins from the history and moves on with the different functions of management viz., planning organizing, coordinating and controlling. OB deals with the behavior of individuals in organizations and deals with the human behavior at work. Although the subject coverage is vast, the concepts have far reaching implications in your career as a manager.
